National Sales and Lease) its affiliates, collects, uses and shares your information when you lease or purchase products and services from us or otherwise use our products or services (collectively, “Services”). National Sales and Lease takes the privacy of its customers and visitors to its website very seriously. We intend to answer questions about how we collect, use, and share your information. This Policy describes the type of information we collect, how we use and share that information, how we protect that information, your choices regarding that information, and how you can best contact us with any questions you may have. Our website is solely intended for use within the Unites States therefore if you do not accept these policies of terms and use, please discontinue the use of this website.

Information we Receive from You:  We may collect personal information and other information that you provide when you become a customer (when you purchase or lease items from us), sign up for our marketing, create an account, join National Sales and Lease Club Program or file a Club claim, enroll in automatic payments, visit our social media pages, enter a promotion, apply for a lease agreement or otherwise enter into a contractual arrangement or otherwise use our Services.

Information From devices you use when you interact with us online. This includes information collected through our Services and automatically from devices you use to connect to our Services.

Information From you in person. This is personal information we collect through our Services, such as entering into a contractual arrangement with National Sales and Lease at physical store locations, submitting a lease application, or participating in a National Sales and Lease promotional event.

  • Professional Information, such as information about your job function, title, employer, and employment history and any other information that may be obtained from third-party background checks and feedback.
  • Personal References, addresses or phone numbers from any relatives or friends that you provided to us on your application in order to verify your information given.
